International Migration Review Forum 2026 - Informal interactive multi-stakeholder hearing.
The President of the General Assembly will convene the second International Migration Review Forum (IMRF) from 5 to 8 May 2026. The Forum serves as the primary intergovernmental global platform for Member States to discuss and share progress on the implementation of all aspects of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, including as it relates to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and with the participation of all relevant stakeholders. The Informal Interactive Multi-Stakeholder Hearing provides an inclusive and participatory platform for stakeholders, in to engage directly with Member States ahead of the IMRF. The hearing enables diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and evidence-based recommendations to inform deliberations and contribute to the development of the Progress Declaration.
